Important Truck Freight Shipping Information
Certain products must be delivered via truck freight due to size, all truck freight deliveries require inspection and a signature at time of delivery. Whether the item will be installed immediately or not, you MUST inspect the box and parts for suspected damage. If there is reason to believe the product may be damaged note the damage of each product on the delivery ticket before the driver leaves. Failure to follow this procedure will result in loss of claim.

We cannot intercept or change your shipping address once the order is placed, UPS will make 2 or 3 attempts to make the delivery after that they will return to us and you will be not be refunded the original shipping fee and the additional cost to return the shipment to us which will likely be more than the original fee.
