This is a new Fernand the Cat Baby Comforter, forming a 27cm square when spread flat, complete with Moulin Roty header card.  Fernand is one of the Les Moustaches group of toys.
 
Fernand displays the thoughtfulness and quirkiness that has come to symbolise the leading French soft toy brand, Moulin Roty.  There is a small loop for attaching to another garment or holding a pacifier and fiddle ribbon.
 
Safe for children of all ages from 0 to 90.  Fernand may have the occasional bath should he happen to get dirty.
