This is an antique cast iron swing top from a wood burning stove.  It is sold without finial.   Top is marked RAD No. 172.  It is a square round and is a left swing.   Top measures 9-1/2" maximum side to side;  and 8-1/2" from front to back.  It is in good used condition.
