PaymentOnce payment has been fully process by eBay, we will begin processing your order. Processing can take up to 2-3 business days.
Delivery InspectionA signature may not be required, if your items are shipped via UPS/FedEx ground. 
For larger orders shipped via Freight, the carrier will contact you to schedule the shipment.
Please inspect all product BEFORE signing any documents. Be sure to inspect the products as quickly as possible and contact us if there are any issues so we can assist.
If damaged, please make full notes on documents before signing and please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Returns and CancelationsReturns must be done in 14 days. Some returns or cancellations, after placing an order, could carry up to a 30% restocking fee from the respective manufacturer (this includes wheels or tires shipped in from the manufacturer to our warehouse to prepare your order). Changes to wheel or tire order, while the order is in progress, may also carry a restocking fee based on where the order is in processing.
Wheels cannot be returned to the manufacturer after tires have been mounted. Tires cannot be returned after they have been driven on. We will request pictures of the wheels and tires prior to returning and refunding.
