This is a  Ceramic Tools by Jilbere de Paris Flat Iron Hair Straightner. It was tested and gets hot. You can see the red light in the inside by the off/on button. Very clean for a used unit. Plug is also very clean and not scratched.. 

The package has not been open and the ship is in great condition. Please inspect all pictures for condition and feel free to ask questions.
