Shipping
We ship international orders by China Post. It normally takes 10-35  working days to reach the recipient depending on the location.

We arrange the shipment within one working day after the payment is cleared by our side as long as buyer's PayPal account is verified or shipping address is confirmed.

Attention: Delivery time does not include weekends and public vacations. All of the items will be shipped to buyer's ebay address,please confirm your address on ebay before you buy.

Import Tax

We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel return back to us due to thebuyers refuse to pay the above fee, we would NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and payALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to the above reason.

Warranty and Return Policy
I. Unconditional Return within 10 Days
If you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 10 days, starting on the day after the day on which you took delivery, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition.

You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations.

The product must be returned in the condition it was received. if they have evidence of installation, user abuse or are not in a resalable condition when returned, We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 15% restocking fee.

II. One Year Warranty

All our items are brand new. We provide one year warranty for all our products from the date of purchase. Please kindly fill the online warranty card after you receive the product.
Attention:
1. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee; we will pay for sending the item back to customer.
2. We suggest that ask professional to install products and contact us when installing issue happened. However, we are not responsible for installing or uninstalling.

Important note
The situation below does NOT meet the warranty policy requirements.
1. Install and operate products inappropriately.
2. Warranty seal is removed or damaged
3. Product is opened or repaired by unauthorized person.
