We will try our very best to get your sweets to you as quick and securely as possible.

Orders that are placed before midday will be dispatched that same day.

We will use Royal Mail for all orders unless otherwise specified.

It is your responsibility as the customer to make sure your delivery address is correct in your account.We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses.

 Returns

We have a 14 day return policy on all product. If you are not satisfied with our products please contact us as we endeavour to serve the customer with the best quality products and service. It is the customers responsibility to return the product at their own expense.

If you are unhappy with the product please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the product. You must return it within 14 days in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. If the goods are not returned in perfect condition a refund will not be given.  Until goods are returned, you are responsible if the goods are lost, damaged or destroyed. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning your order. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of the product and no more than 30 days from arrival.

Refunds

To obtain a refund the goods must be in the same condition in which you received them and you must make the goods available to us for collection. The original packaging must be unopened and undamaged, in a resalable condition. If this is the case we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will be given using the same method of payment originally used to pay for your purchase.

Unfortunately postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are a direct cost and cannot be refunded.
