This is a Genuine Thermos Brand Stronglas Replacement Filler No. 62F only fits bottles with threaded fillers and it's for Wide Mouth Vacuum bottles. Item is in original package, but the box does not look that great, has definite wear. I am listing many other Thermos replacements, so take a look at the other auctions. Good Luck.
