There may be light foxing to the corners, slight age-yellowing to the pages and/or cover, and/or slight creasing to the cover. One page may be dog-eared, but there will be no markings, drawings or tears, and all pages will be present.

Along with eBay's usual protections and policies, and without supplanting any of the rights due to customers under Australian Consumer Law (http://consumerlaw.gov.au/consumers-and-acl) I offer the following additions:
If, for any reason, you are unable to continue with a purchase after winning an auction, please contact me before the book is shipped and I will refund the purchase price in full.
If a book you purchase is lost, stolen or destroyed during shipping, something I regard as a no-harm, no-foul situation, I will refund your payment fully including all postage costs. Obviously, I will require some kind of proof of said event - or at the least a really entertaining story.
If, for any reason, a book you purchase is unable to be shipped, I will refund your payment including any shipping costs, and purchase and deliver a replacement copy as soon as possible, fully at my cost.
If you are genuinely disappointed with the quality of any book, particularly if you find a flaw that I have missed during my inspections (I'm good, but nobody's prefect...), return the book to me with an outline of the offending flaws and I will refund the purchase price in full, including all shipping costs.
These policies are designed to protect my customers - undoubtedly they will evolve as I continue to trade. In the event of any dispute not covered by law or stated eBay policy, I will endeavour to resolve the situation to everyone's satisfaction. However, in the event of a dispute I will be the final arbitrator.
