will ensure that you get your goods in the shortest possible time.
Delivery
UK Standard delivery times
are 2-3 working days. This item would be sent using Royal Mail tracked 48
service and should be delivered in 2 or 3 working days. Orders placed before 12
pm Monday to Friday are generally dispatched the very same day except for bank
holidays subject to cleared payment. We aim to dispatch the same day but
sometimes there can be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances so
please allow a day or so extra in this case.
Please Note: All Mobile phones
and accessories are dispatched from our London warehouse and all Clothing items
are dispatched from our Derby Warehouse.
Returns &
Refunds
If you decide that an item is
unsuitable or you changed your mind; we are happy to offer a refund within 30
days of purchase. Please ensure the item is unworn, clean and free from odour,
pet/fur and in its original condition with tags intact.
We recommend you return your
package via recorded delivery through Post Office. Please keep Proof of Postage
safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. Unfortunately, we
are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are
unsuitable or don't fit.
