The condition is listed as "used" because we did not buy the pattern new. We believe that this pattern is factory folded, unused and uncut, and complete with all instructions. This is based on a quick examination of the envelope’s contents once they are taken out of the package. We have not thoroughly checked for each pattern piece. It is being sold as-is, based on this understanding, and the understanding that some patterns may be a bit discolored or torn on the outside packaging from age. Pictures of the contents of the envelope are included. Like new condition on instructions and pattern and excellent condition for envelope. Clean envelope, clear graphics, no tears. Envelope feels and appears somewhat "worn". Please see photos.
