Black Hand Pepper Company is a veteran owned start-up company specializing in small-batch hot sauces. These hot sauces come around only twice a year, in June and December. All peppers are grown locally in Virginia, all organic, zero fertilizer, zero additives, zero anything not natural. Here at Black Hand, we believe great hot sauce comes naturally from the peppers being old-school preserved without any of that other junk being added. Because of this, these hot sauces have a very, very, very long shelf life, unless stated otherwise.
