This pair of cable cutters has been used, but are still in relatively clean and usable condition.  The casing of this tool shows light cosmetic wear from normal use in the form of scuffs, scratches, and light oxidation.  None of the wear these cable cutters show appears to effect their normal use. This pair of cable cutters comes as pictured with one rubber handle guard missing, so purchase with that in mind.
