Debugging instructions:
 
1: After solder all of the components and installed with heatsink. Check whether has any mistake carefully.
 
2: Transformer primary series one about 50W bulb (this protect the tube if has mistake).
 
3: Adjust R105, with a multimeter test, a ground, a speaker then lost, the output is: 0V.
 
4: Adjust R126, to make the Voltage "V1" on R201 (R201.202.203 or 204 are all ok). I = V1 / R201. Usually, the "I" about 600ma-1000ma. Will be ok.
 
5: Repeat setp 3.
 
6. After power on about 50 minutes. Repeat step3. Step4. Step5. After power on about 2 hours. Repeat step3. Step4. Step5 again.
