Pokemon TCG Team Rocket Binder Folder WOTC Super Rare, Excellent condition.

Really rare binder, not touched for years, in fantastic condition, the lining and mechanism all like new. Couple of light markings on the outside, see pictures. I haven't seen many floating around in as good nick as this one.  Still with the original trading card checklist, it's very lightly marked from where 9 year old me started checking off her cards in pencil back in the 90s...! But mostly rubbed off, see pictures.  And the complete picture directory of the cards in excellent condition. I'm gonna throw in all the cards that are in there, mostly base set unlimited or team rocket series, couple of shinies, nothing spectacular.
