    - We will not take responsibility for the frame or covers when they have been snapped due to wrong assembling or assembled in the wind and rain as the rain will just buckle the frame.
    - It takes at least 2 people to assemble a pop up gazebo.
    - You must use sand bags or sand buckets and tie them down properly.
    - Please make sure the gazebo will not be left outside under any bad weathers as rains or wind may buckle the roof to destroy it.

All orders will be dispatched from one of our UK warehouses within 1 working day from the receipt of your payment. It is important that a valid UK contact number is left at the time of placing the order in case the courier needs to contact you in relation to your delivery. Please note that all deliveries are all day and time slots cannot be requested so please do follow the tracking of your item to ensure that you will be at home on the day of delivery. We also ask that you do not book in any installers until after the goods have been received and checked over by you; we cannot pay any installation or other related costs in the event of delayed or damaged deliveries.
Due to PayPal selling policy we are not able to change any addresses on orders so please do ensure that your delivery address is up to date before placing an order.
Please also be aware that, due to courier restrictions, we may not be able to deliver to the following areas (or an additional postage payment may be required):

It is also important that if there are any access restrictions to your property that you contact us immediately as all of our couriers offer a curbside delivery only and drivers cannot carry goods into your property.
Regrettably we are not able to ship to BFPO addresses.

As long as your item is in a brand new and unused condition and is in its original packaging (including any tags and stickers), it can be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the item, at your own cost. If you do decide to return your item, please contact us first so that we can provide you with your return code. Our return address is as follows:

Once you have arranged the return, please send us the tracking details of your return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We will not be able to accept a return and issue a refund on any items received used or not in an as new condition and you will need to arrange to have the items collected back from us within 7 days of the return delivery should you want them back.
In the rare event that an item is received with damaged or is defective, please send pictures/videos to us documenting this within 14 days of delivery and we can investigate further and arrange for the return of the item if necessary. Please do not return the item to us without contacting us first.
