 EASY TO USE: just place the press on a skillet, frying or griddle pan to warm up for a few minutes on a low/medium heat. When the press is hot, lift it, rest it on a heat safe surface, and lay your food on the pan. Wait a minute and then put the press on top of the food for 30 to 60 seconds, remove it, flip the food, and reposition the press. Repeat until you reach the desired level of doneness. You can use the press for searing meats, for tortillas, and a variety of vegetables.
