The condition is listed as "used" because we did not buy the pattern new. We believe that this pattern is mostly unused and uncut, only some pieces cut, and complete with all instructions. This is based on a quick examination of the envelope’s contents once they are taken out of the package. We have not thoroughly checked for each pattern piece. It is being sold as-is, based on this understanding, and the understanding that some patterns may be a bit discolored or torn on the outside packaging from age. Pictures of the contents of the envelope are included. Great condition on instructions and pattern and great condition for envelope. Clean envelope, clear graphics, some tearing/wear on the sides. Envelope feels and appears somewhat "worn" which is to be expected of the age. Please see photos.
