This listing is for sixteen Wittlesbach St. Louis chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution gold and white saucers. The design features the words “St. Louis Chapter DAR” in a gothic font in gold on a white plate. I ran across this set at an estate sale in Chattanooga, TN and I do not have a backstory, sadly. They appear to be from the mid to early 1900s. The saucers have a varying degree of wear on the gold trim. Some are in excellent shape and some have the center ring almost worn off or scrapes around the edge trim. They are interesting because they were most likely used for major banquet events held at the chapter. None of these pieces are cracked or chipped. I am listing a few different pieces so check my store.
