・The core material is VG-10, a high carbon stainless steel containing cobalt, and both sides are reinforced with SUS410 stainless steel, making this a 33-layer steel knife.
・The handle is made of linen micarta, which is resin and flax cloth compressed under high pressure. This knife has a beautiful harmony with the Damascus pattern on the blade.
・Sub-zero treatment. Treatment that brings out high hardness and toughness by cooling below -70°C after quenching.
・It is finished with a "Hamaguri" blade, which is the blade edge shape of a Japanese sword. It features outstanding sharpness and long-lasting sharpness, and is easy to resharpen.
