USB-C Power Delivery is an efficient fast charging technology, supported by certain Apple & Android/Google/Samsung devices as well as almost all new notebook computers.  USB-C PD delivers much higher levels of power than standard charging resulting in much quicker charging times. This model has safety approvals - very important - some of the other similar items are not safety agency approved.
