Antique French sterling silver charger, plate, 12" in diameter, weight 1.6 pounds (26.9 ounces). A sturdy yet luxurious serving piece to add to your fine dining and holiday celebrations. Ytasse & Fourneret were the Tiffany of Paris at the turn of the last century. Consequently this is an excellent collector plate as well. There are no initials,nor other personal identifiers belonging to a prior owner. 

French sterling is the world's finest, the standard .950 parts silver this highest in the world (save Brittania, of course, but that is not the sterling standard in England.) 

Condition: Apart from minor surace abrasion, the charger is in excellent condition. 

This piece is solid. It would take getting run over by a plane to damage it!
