Dining room table and China Hutch.  This set has been taken care of with TLC!!  In great shape!  CASH ONLY - WHEN PICKING UP THE ITEMS in Shawnee, KS.  

Table measures 6.5 feet.  when the two leaves are inserted, it extends to 9.5 feet to fit the 8 chairs around.   Width is 3.5 feet or 42 inches.   

The China Hutch measures:  Height 6.4 feet (77 inches),  Width 4.8 feet (57.5 inches),  Depth 1.5 feet (18 inches)   There are three upper glass doors for viewing figurines, special china pieces, etc.  At the bottom, there are three doors for plenty of storage!  

The 12 pieces include:  Table, two leaves (table inserts), eight chairs (includes the "captain" chairs), China hutch.
