Talk about your one hit wonders well here you go! Model kits have been creatively packaged for decades but never like this! Someone at HAWK had the brilliant idea to put the triangle shaped SKYRAY in a triangle shaped box. But it didn't go over well with merchants who's neat rows of rectangular boxes were invaded by this three-sided monstrosity! After this, HAWK changed the F4D molds into the more conventional design (wings separate from the fuselage) and used the commonplace rectangle boxes. All was back to normal and right with the world!
