In this event, they can just generally take longer to arrive so please be patience before contacting us to find out where your item is if it has not yet arrived. The maximum time we ask you to wait is to allow7 working days for UK deliveriesand14 working days for European & International orders.

• Delivery times are estimated andNotguaranteed by Royal Mail and whilst we will send all goods out for delivery on the specific time we cannot guarantee it due to our reliance on couriers. If you opt forexpressand it is not received within the timeframe we willrefundthe delivery fee.

• When we have received the product back from you we will happily give you either a replace or refundif the items are undamaged and unused.

Please note we do require that:

• Customer covers the cost of the return postage (except for faulty or damaged items)

• Any return required a refund, you are liable for arranging return postage
• And the original shipping cost we paid will be deducted from any refund if FREE P&P has been offered for your order.
• Items are returned within 30 days after the receipt of the goods
• Items are in resalable condition, have not been worn or used
• Please ensure you obtaina proof of postagefrom the Post Office or a courier when returning your item as we cannot accept liability for returned goods we do not receive.
