Bistable pulse solenoid valve detection:

As shown in the figure, connect the solenoid valve detection line to the solenoid valve interface, click the solenoid valve key, the display shows 10, it is a positive pulse, press the solenoid valve key again, the display shows -10, it is a negative pulse.

You can hear the dada reversing sound of the solenoid valve. If there is no reversing sound, it can be judged that the solenoid valve is faulty. (Note! The electromagnetic reading detection line outputs pulse voltage, please do not touch it during use, the solenoid valve detection line outputs pulse voltage, and the multimeter DC voltage measurement is about 100V)

 


 

Single wire signal frequency conversion:

As shown in the figure, connect the frequency conversion board detection line to the communication interface of the frequency conversion board, and then connect the output end of the frequency conversion board to the compressor, and then supply 220V power to the frequency conversion board, press the single-wire frequency conversion signal button, the tester outputs the start signal, and the compressor can Just start it and exclude them one by one. (Note: The inverter boards are all normal. If it does not start, please use the compressor detection function to test the compressors and eliminate them one by one. (Note! Once the compressor is started, it will take more than 5 minutes to test again, and then test after the system pressure is balanced)

Note: Remove the rubber plug when testing with a new compressor

 


 

Fixed frequency compressor inspection:

As shown in the figure, connect the compressor detection line to the refrigerator compressor, and press the single-wire frequency conversion signal key.

Output voltage: 220V, you can directly start the compressor, if the compressor does not start, you can judge the compressor failure. (Note! Once the compressor is started, you need to wait for more than 5 minutes to test again, and then test after the system pressure is balanced)

 


 

Two-wire signal frequency conversion:

As shown in the figure, connect the inverter board detection line to the inverter board communication interface (need to distinguish +-), and then connect the inverter board output terminal to the compressor, and then supply the inverter board with 220V power supply.

Press the two-wire signal frequency conversion key, and the tester will slowly increase the frequency automatically to reach the set frequency.

When the inverter compressor is started, it is eliminated one by one. If: When the frequency is set at 40-50Hz, the frequency will rise at 1Hz every second until the set frequency.

(Attention! The inverter boards are all normal. If it does not start, please use the compressor detection function to detect the compressors and eliminate them one by one.)

  (Note! Once the compressor is started, you need to wait for more than 5 minutes to test again, and then test after the system pressure is balanced)

Note: Remove the rubber plug when testing with a new compressor

 


 

Electric damper detection:

As shown in the figure, connect the damper detection line to the damper motor interface in the order of red, yellow, blue, and white.

Note: The default program is single damper.

Press the air door button, the air door indicator light is on, and the display shows 176. When the air door is fully opened, the air door indicator light goes out. Press the air door button again, the air door indicator light is on, and the display shows 176. When the air door is completely closed, the air door indicator light goes out.

If the damper opens and closes smoothly, the damper is normal. If the damper does not turn, the opening and closing is not smooth, indicating that the damper is malfunctioning.

 

Note: The double air door test needs to pass the setting, the setting method is as follows:

Press and hold the setting button again, then press the throttle button again, the display shows FdU, release the setting button and the throttle button at the same time, and then press the setting button, the display shows 176, choose long press +,-button, set to 635. .

Long press the return key, the setting is saved successfully.

 
 

Inverter compressor inspection:

As shown in the figure, connect the compressor detection line to the refrigerator inverter compressor, press the two-wire signal frequency conversion key, and the tester will slowly increase the frequency automatically to reach the set frequency.

When the inverter compressor is started, it is eliminated one by one. If: When the frequency is set at 40-50Hz, the frequency will rise at 1Hz every second until the set frequency. If the compressor does not start, it can be judged that the compressor is malfunctioning. (Note! Once the compressor is started, it will take more than 5 minutes to test again)

 

Frequency adjustment: After the compressor is started, the operating frequency can be adjusted by turning the frequency adjustment knob. At the same time, the display shows the current frequency value, which is convenient for observing the working status of each frequency band of the refrigerator.

 


 

DC fan detection:

As shown in the figure, the DC fan is connected to the detector in the order of positive (+), negative (-), and feedback.

Press the fan button, if the fan speed is normal, the display shows the frequency (speed) of the fan's real-time feedback signal, and you can judge that the fan is in good condition.

If the fan does not rotate or the display shows E1 after 10 seconds, it can be judged that the fan is faulty.

 

Note: A four-wire fan can also be inspected

Purple: fan feedback signal

Red: fan +12V

Black: fan ground wire (GND)

 


 

Electric switching valve detection:

As shown in the figure, connect the electric reading to the detector, press and hold the electric valve button for 3-5 seconds, the display shows -0, the spool returns to the starting position, and the inlet is connected to port A at this time. Press the electric adjustment button once, the display shows -18, and the entrance is connected to port B at this time.

Click the electric valve button for the second time, the display shows -36, and the inlet is connected to port C at this time. Jog the electric read button for the third time, the display shows -54, and the entrance is connected to the BC port.

After the above detection, the electric valve is switched normally, and it can be judged that the electric lubrication is intact. If the electric valve has no switching action, the electric valve is faulty.

 
 

Note: The above operation method is to open the electric valve, close the electric width, press and hold for 3-5 seconds, it will display 0, 18, 36, 54.

 

Inverter compressor fault code light:

If the inverter compressor is faulty, watch the inverter fault light on the tester, and confirm that the LED light of the inverter board flashes inferiorly. The specific cause of the fault is investigated and the maintenance plan
