Refund/ Return Policy

Our greatest concern is the good relations we have with, you, our valued customers; therefore, our customers enjoy a rather liberal return / refund policy design to mutually benefit all.

1.       You must start the process within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the product. Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 (forty-five) days of receipt of the merchandise.

2.       Shipping cost for a return is the responsibility of the customer in all cases whether it be buyer?s remorse, item did not fit, did not like the color/ quality, change of mind, ordered by mistake. Sent the wrong size/item and bought it somewhere else.

3.       Upon return we inspect all return items. The item must be the same condition, same packaging, with any and all original product inserts and accessories or no refund will be issued. If the item does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund. If no refund is to be issued, the merchandise will be returned to the customer.

4.       We will refund the cost of the merchandise, if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.

Please remember we have most of our garments tagged for international sales. For instance, the tag may read 6XL but in us size actually be 2XL but in any case, is designed to fit a 50-52in / 126 ? 132 cm chest.
