This Diesel Nozzle testers can be used to adjust the Diesel injector nozzle opening pressure, nozzle seat tightness and to carry
out spray pattern testing, leakage testing, atomization repetition testing, & chatter characteristic tests.
This Nozzle Tester Consists of following :
Three way shut off valve
Heavy and Durable Cast iron pump mounted on a Heavy rigid Cast Iron Base. Operate by a High Quality Iron Lever
Semi Transparent oil container with a Fine Quality 5 micron filter
Heavy duty DUAL SCALE Pressure gauge ( Range 0-420 BAR / 0 - 6000 PSI, 90 mm Dial, 3/8" BSP thread)
Range 0 - 420 Bar / 6000 pound
