Vintage Bromwell 3 cup Flour Sifter Apple Pattern  Great For Farmhouse, Retro or just  display.  Very good finish on the outside, just a few tiny scratches (see photos), better than most this age.  Inside has some rust.  probably can be reduced with vinegar and salt. When turned upside down shows rust on mesh, see last photo.  Still useable but probably best for display in Retro, Farmhouse, or other decor applications.
