Le KORG Volca Sample 2 est un sampler intuitif et puissant promettant un large potentiel d’improvisation et dans l’optique de la performance avec un séquenceur pas à pas intégré, il permet d’éditer et de séquencer jusqu’à 200 samples en temps réel pour des performances live incroyables.

Sa taille compacte, son fonctionnement sur piles et son haut-parleur intégré le rendent parfait pour une utilisation nomade.

Il fonctionne aussi bien seul qu'en parfaite synchronisation avec les autres Volca et il est possible d’utiliser les 150 samples intégrés ou y ajouter des personnels via l’application IOS dédiée ou via la prise micro USB et le logiciel de management disponible sur le site Korg.com. L’Analog Isolator intégré permet de sculpter, filtrer ou renverser les samples avec la fonction Reverse. Il possède jusqu’à 11 automations de paramètres en enregistrement et lecture. Il a une fonction pas à pas et sauts de pas permettant d'insérer ou de supprimer des pas. Le mode Song offre des performances dynamiques.
