La Bass Machine polyphonique BASS9 transforme une guitare en neuf basses différentes et ne nécessite aucun micro spécial, aucune modification MIDI ou instrument.

Il repose sur la même technologie qui alimente toutes les pédales de la série EHX 9, comme la MEL9® Tape Replay Machine primée, mais dispose d'un nouvel algorithme optimisé pour transposer une à deux octaves vers le bas avec une dynamique et un suivi supérieurs.
