Three volumes of Modern collector's Dolls by author  Patricia R. Smith.  The first in the series claims to have over 1000 photographs and descriptions of dolls.  All dolls are identified by name and the descriptions include  methods of identifying the individual dolls. Fair prices are listed for each doll to serve as a guide. The second in the series features another 1400 dolls with no duplication in the dolls included in the previous book.  This book also serves to identify and price the dolls included.  The third in the series does not duplicate any of the photographs or information provided in the first two books.  An additional 1000 photographs are shown along with the information on prices, characteristics and marks.
