On receiving the product we recommend charging the item on a full charge for a minimum of 12 hours. Please leave the phone on charge even if initially the mobile phone is not showing any indications of a charge taking place. It is common with mobile phone handsets for a charge not to show and then after a period of time the charge will commence.
Postage and order processing time
Postage is FREE. All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed Monday to Friday. We hope your order arrives in time but please be aware that once we have sent the item that the order is with the postage service.
