This is a Devonian fossil trilobite, Phacops, (possibly Morocops sp ) from Morocco. 

The fossil measures 1.75 inches long and 0.9 inches wide. The entire specimen, trilobite and matrix, measures 3.3 inches long, 3.1 inches wide and 1.0 inches high. The schizochroal lenses in both eyes are exceptionally well-preserved. 

There is a repair running under the left eye and across the top of the thorax. In the trilobite -collecting world this is not a detriment. Trilobites are found by smashing open rocks- and the specimens often get broken as a result. It is rare to find an entire, unbroken trilobite. And if one is found, they usually are sold for a premium amount. Many sellers do not disclose that their fossils have been repaired as the repair is often very well done, and virtually undetectable. I believe in full disclosure.
