You are buying a bandana. I made it. Each one is UNIQUE, there are no two bandana's exactly alike (OOAK - one of a kind). They are soft cotton. I have altered these bandanas from their original form with dyes and other techniques. No holes or damage. It's clean, I washed it. 

Measurements: All my bandana's are right around 20 to 21 inches
