Description:


The Tektronix TLA 714 Logic Analyzer Mainframe with MagniVu Technology provides 500 ps timing resolution on all channels, all the time through the same probe.  Up to Up to 200 MHz state acquisition with 400 MHz data rate for advanced processors and buses.

The TLA 714 provides simultaneous state and high speed timing analysis through the same probes to pinpoints elusive faults.  Offers 500 MHz deep timing analysis with up to 128 Mb per channel broad processor and BUS support.

We generally ship UPS.  If you prefer Fedex or other carriers, please provide us with your shipper number.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  Delivery times expected to be around 14 business days, but may take as long as a month depending on your customs clearance.  Customer may be subject to other duties at time of delivery imposed by importer/customs not by Seller.  We ship primarily domestic.  You will be required to provide necessary documents for import or accept a delay in processing and/or cancellation and refund of your order.  We will not make or accept any “invoice” adjustments on amount to alter import fees.
