Domestic buyers:
Usually we ship within 24 hours. Free postage may take up to 3-14 days to be delivered unless over festive times, like Christmas and New Year. These may take up to a month on some rare occasions. International buyers:
Our postage charges are generic. Let us to adjust it for you. You may pay less. However, on some occasions we have to charge extra depending on your locations, for example, remote locations like some islands.

Custom fees of your country are not included in postage charges unless it is clearly stated in our listing.

Returns


If for any reasons you are not happy with the item you can return it.
Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days.

PLEASE keep in mind that if you received a damaged package or item then you need to contact us immediately during 72 hours to resolve the issue. PLEASE take photos of a damaged package prior opening it. Thank you.
