To pair the remote you first need to unpair your old remote. This can be done by first downloading the "Fire TV" app to your phone and then using that to unpair your old remote.


Pairing instructions:

 

1.  Select settings on Fire Tv

2   Select “Remotes & Bluetooth Devices”

 

3   Select “Amazon Fire TV Remotes

 

4   Follow on screen instructions to first Unpair previous remote control (using 3 horizontal lines button)

 

5   Once other remotes unpaired select “Add New Remote”

 

6.  Follow on screen instructions to complete pairing


**Please note that the free AAA batteries included with your purchase may be a different brand than the ones pictures, but rest assured that this will not affect the performance of the remote control**


When will my order be dispatched?

We will aim to dispatch orders placed before 2PM within the same day, any orders after this will be sent out the following day. Our working days include Monday to Friday but exclude Bank Holidays.

Can I change, or cancel, my order? 

Once your order has been labelled for dispatch it can no longer be cancelled. Due to the efficiency of our pick, pack and dispatch process, orders can be ready for dispatch as quickly as 30 minutes after order confirmation. Items are often dispatched before we are able to action any relating emails or messages. Please ensure the products ordered, and the delivery address, are correct before completing your purchase as we are unable to take any action once the item has been sent. 

How do I know when my parcel will be delivered? 

Once we have dispatched your parcel we will send a 'your order has been dispatched' email to your registered email address. Included in the email will be the name of the courier used and a tracking number (if available) for you to monitor the progress of your parcel.

eBay's delivery dates are estimated only and not guaranteed. Although infrequent, delays to deliveries can occur. This is usually due to factors out of our control such as weather conditions, however, if you are concerned about your delivery please let us or the courier know. 

What if my item is damaged? 

We do our utmost to ensure our items are carefully packed and protected, however, sometimes damage can occur in transit. Once you have received your item, please ensure you check it for any damage straight away. If you are unhappy in any way with the condition of your purchase please let our Customer Services Team know within 2 days of receipt. You can do this by contacting us through My eBay. Any damage reported after this period will not be considered as transit damage.

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our parcels though we may use other couriers as required. Please feel free to use the couriers’ apps, websites to help track your item.

I’ve changed my mind 

We’d like you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. Should you change your mind about your purchase we will accept a return, within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our friendly customer service team who will guide you through the process. 


PLEASE NOTE: Items being returned need to be unused, unopened, with any SEALS intact, and in the same condition as received. We will not accept returns on opened memory cards/USB's because it is incompatible with your device. Please check compatibility before purchase, if you are unsure please let us know and we'll check this for you.


My item arrived damaged/faulty

If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, we will happily refund or replace it for you upon return. Please contact our customer service team who will get this sorted out for you! 

For Storage Devices: We will conduct a test using  'H2testw' upon return of memory cards/USB's which will identify if there are any faults. If the test does not show any faults with the device, we may not authorise a return.
