They were at Bartlett's Passage, Holborn Circus, London; subsequently Fetter Lane, London EC4 

They were most well known as Saunders & Shepherd

This is a very attractive Button Hook/Boot Hook in an innovative Art Deco style.

Sterling Silver handle with a steel hook.

19.4cm (7 5/8in) long.

Weighs 28g.

CONDITION - In good original used condition. Surface marks to silver handle consistent with age and use 

but nothing out of the ordinary. 

It has an etched watchmakers number (3586) from where it has been repaired or restored sometime in the past.

In the photograph showing the hallmarks (The 3rd photo) that mark to the side does not exist, it is an illusion or reflection.
