A magnificent little dress made in white cotton lawn with a lace bodice and lace insertion in the hem. The cotton is especially and deliciously soft with body.  It has large balloon-like sleeves that go well with the heavily pinch pleated body. It has no closure in the back and probably 2 snaps or a hook and eye would do the trick.  

The condition is excellent. Hand laundered and pressed.
