Back in 1997 the United States Postal Service teamed up with Warner Brothers to create a line of Looney Tunes Stamp Collection neckties. This fun 1997 copyrighted novelty tie bears the 'Looney Tunes Stamp Collection' label. This black tie features Bugs Bunny reading about the new stamp in his likeness in the Acme Daily paper. The Bugs Bunny 32 cent stamp is highlighted in blue. This necktie is made of polyester and is still new with tags.
