Training / Supervisor Y-Connector allows two Jabra QD headsets to be connected to a single headset adapter, allowing trainers and supervisors to monitor agents calls.

This Y training cord with mute switch for use with Jabra GN Netcom QD Headsets; allows two headsets to function off one phone call. Also known as the supervisor's adapter cord. Comes with in-line mute switch. Quick Disconnect attaches to two Jabra GN Netcom QD Headsets. 

With control by the Toggle mute switch, both headsets can listen, but only one headset have a live microphone while the other microphone is muted.
