  • SPI (soy protein isolate) -. exhibits the best amino acid profile of any plant-based protein. It is characterised by a rich aminogram, high percentage protein content and reduced carbohydrate content. It contains arginine, which has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system and improves immunity. It is also distinguished by the presence of dietary fibre with reducing properties and a low glycaemic index.
  • WPC (whey protein concentrate) - thanks to its content of up to 80% pure protein, it comprehensively meets the demand for protein, influences the development of dry muscle mass and accelerates the regeneration and renewal of muscles after intensive training. Its low calorie content also allows for successive reduction during weight loss.
  • CALCIUM CAESINATE - consists of 90% protein. Moreover, it contains all the essential amino acids, giving it a high nutritional value. In addition, it provides a lot of calcium, has less than 1% fat, contains phosphorus and sulphur, and is not a source of lactose. It has an anabolic effect, protecting against catabolism, i.e. muscle degradation.

Ingredients:

Protein Blend 82% [soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate (milk), calcium caseinate (contains milk)], flavour enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), micronised creatine monohydrate 5.7%, flavours, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), emulsifier: lecithins (soya), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), salt, colour (tartrazine)*.

Directions for use:

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 heaped scoop = 3 tablespoons) of powder with 300 ml water and drink twice daily. Use a shaker to prepare the shake. Drink one serving within 45 minutes after training and another between two meals. On rest days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 in the evening.

Storage:
