Genovese Zucchini is a gourmet Italian heirloom summer squash! Prolific plants produce almost endless amounts of smooth, uniform, light green fruit that bulb out toward the bottom. There is some variation as there is with most squash, but these are pretty consistent. This is definitely one of our highest yielding cultivars. Delicate thin skin, great texture, and a delicious flavor make this one a classic!
