This is a Motorola model # HSN4018B communications speaker that was originally used with a Mobile 2-way radio.  It would work well with a Ham Radio or CB Radio Transceiver, a scanner or Shortwave Receiver. It has a short 2-conductor cable, and includes the original adjustable mounting bracket and hardware.

Shipping charges will be $12.85 to CONUS locations, with careful packing.  Shipping charges are based on other Motorola Speakers of similar size and weight that I recently shipped. Local pickup is available, but PayPal cannot be used for payment if you're picking up the item, since PayPal needs proof of shipment to be covered under their rules.

Shipping is ONLY to a PayPal Confirmed Address. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to make sure the address listed on their account is correct.  Please update your account address before buying, as I cannot send items to a different address than the one provided on your account.  

Any International sales must use eBay's International Shipping Program service, where I ship the units to their forwarding center, and eBay takes care of the necessary customs, etc. paperwork, and then they ship onward to the buyer. No Direct Overseas Sales! No sales to Germany due to their updated seller and shipping requirements.

Because of the shipping arrangements that are done out-of-state, I am not able to combine shipment of multiple items. I ship items within five days of the end of the sale and receipt of payment. 

Please understand that once I've dropped off an item to be shipped, I have no further control of when it will actually arrive at your location. Occasionally, the shipping company routes the package through some far, out-of-the-way locations which can greatly delay the shipping time, compared to what eBay quotes for delivery times.
