Please be sure to charge your scooter fully before first usage. Don’t skip this as it’s important and prolongs the life and capacity of your battery.When using e-scooter - please take extra care and wear some protective gear. It is not a toy.If the product faulty when you first receive it - please coontact us straight away so it can be looked into.

The product comes with 2 year warranty.  If it's factory fault - We will send a part to change it yourself. Or you may want to post to US based aftersales point if the repair is too dificult. If you damage caused by yourself (not manufacturers fault) - you can still purchase the parts from AOVO PRO to repair your scooter.

Returns

30-day "change of mind" return policy from the day you receive the goods. If for any reason no longer want the item - you can send the item back at your own expence for a refund. Requirement for returning the item: the good must be unused, unopened, undamaged.

14-day return policy for items that are faulty - replacement or refund will be issued only after the goods comes back and get inspected.

If you request a return while meeting the above requirements, please contact me first. I will provide you with a return address or a mailing label.

Shipping

It can only be delivered to eBay registered addresses. Addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed. Handling time around 1-3 working days. It will be shipped by tracked delivery service. Tracking details will be uploaded as soon as available.
