The Ruby Mountains are a mountain range, primarily located within Elko County with a small extension into White Pine County, in Nevada, United States. The 'Rubies' were named after the garnets found by early explorers. The central core of the range shows extensive evidence of glaciation during recent ice ages. Glaciers gouged out basins that are now alpine lakes. The larger concentration of these is all located in the central core of the range. Monteverde® Ruby pen is inspired by the immense beauty and grandeur of these natural monuments. The design features high-quality resin in red, transparent, and grey representing the ruby color and the mountain peak. Polished chrome rings and clip adorn the cap further enhancing the elegance of these unique pens. Following its predecessors, the shape of the pen remains almost the same, however, the new design elements of the collection feature a matching resin endpoint with the metal ring, and a matching resin front section, which advances the look and feel of the pen. The collection is available in fountain pen and ballpoint modes. Each Monteverde pen features a lifetime warranty and is sold in a luxurious gift box. We strive for your ultimate satisfaction. If you're not pleased with your order, we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. If the item was damaged, incorrect or defective upon receiving the shipment, we will do our best to correct the issue at our expense.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the exact same, brand-new condition it was received, including the original packaging, plus any accessories, parts, and paperwork that came with the item. We cannot accept opened and used bottles of ink, ink cartridges, used notebooks, engraved pens or pen cleaning supplies. When you receive any new fountain pen, we recommend to inspect it thoroughly and if necessary, lightly dip the nib tip in washable ink to test it. Any pens that have been fully inked and used will incur a 15% restocking fee for preferential returns. Approval of all returns is subject to the discretion of Goldspot Pens, who reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been improperly used, damaged, modified or is otherwise unable to be resold.
