This Scotty branded downrigger weight is stamped '4' and weight a smidge under 5 lbs. It has a holographic Scotty sticker on the other side. I can roll this up in cardboard and put it inside a padded flat rate envelope to ship - cheapest way I can think of. If you live in the Seattle area it may be cheaper to ship Priority or even to pick up (depending on how much fuel your vehicle burns). Used, but the fish don't care.
