This is a synthetic streamer hair very similar to Neer hair, I find it easier to use and separate. It has more of a silky texture. Great for making bait fish patterns for saltwater, trout and predators. This hair is great for creating the illusion of bulk while shedding water for easy casting and durable flies. 12 inch long hanks.
This material could be used as a replacement for bucktail.
It is similar in texture, and you can tie using longer pieces.
It is excellent for tying many saltwater flies , minnow flies and bass-pike streamer flies.
