Function Description:

 

TIME: Press the MODE key to display TIME. This value represents the total time from the start to the end of the movement.

 

Speed (SPD) : Press the MODE key to display SPD. This value represents the speed of the current motion.

 

Distance (DST) : Press the MODE key to the DST display. This value represents the total distance from the beginning of the movement to the end of the movement.

 

Calories (CAL) : Press the MODE key to display CAL. This value represents the total number of calories burned from the beginning to the end.

 

Total Distance (ODO) : Press MODE key to ODO display. This value represents the cumulative distance traveled.

 

Heart rate (PULSE) : Press MODE key to display PULSE. Hold the heart rate with both hands on the handle, hold for about 3 seconds, the display window will show the current heart rate value.
